1. How long does the fragrance of the room diffusers last?

The fragrance of our luxury XXL room diffusers is long-lasting, providing a continuous and delightful scent to your space. On average, the fragrance can last up to 9 months.

2. Are the room diffusers safe to use around children and pets?

Yes, our room diffusers are safe to use around children and pets. We use high-quality, non-toxic ingredients in our fragrance oils, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for everyone in your home. However the liquid is NOT to be swallowed and if it comes into contact with eyes please wash eyes immediately with cold water or an eye bath. 

3. Can I customize the scent of the room diffusers?

Currently, we offer a carefully curated selection of scents for our room diffusers. While we do not offer customization options at the moment, we are always open to feedback and suggestions for future product development.

4. How is best to look after my XXL diffuser ?

We advise that your turn your reed’s over 3-4 times a week to keep the scent fresh and distributing well within your space . Gently lift the reed’s clear of the scent and allow any excess to drip back into the bottle , give the reed’s a gentle shake and lift them up and out of the bottle neck and turn them over , replace them back in the scent.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date. We will also keep all our pre order customers updated with expected dispatch information by email.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

No currently we do not offer international shipping to select countries due to the fragile nature and weight of our bespoke items.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org . We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement.

5. How do I request a return?

6. Can I return a sale item or gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift card purchases are final.
